Marriage Certificate

Marriage Certificate

After being widely solemnized, a marriage may be registered under the Special Marriage Act of 1954 or the Hindu Marriage Act of 1955. Given that India is known for being a melting pot of various cultures, faiths, and legal systems, people frequently consider whether or not to register their marriage in court. However, the Indian Supreme Court made it necessary for everyone to legally register every marriage in 2006. Following the wedding festivities, registering your marriage is a crucial step that needs to be finished due to the rules that are always changing.
